Garbage place
Ok pizza. It isn't going to win any awards, but it was decent. The deal with 2 slices and a coke is good if you're in a hurry and want something cheap.
It’s not $1.50 pizza. It’s a place to go when you need something to eat fast.
Excellent, Bangladeshi owner or staff may be, Price increased 1.5 USD may be, test is good, available till midnight, If you’re in New York City and looking for a classic no-frills slice of pizza that won’t break the bank, 99 Cents Delicious Pizza on 7th Avenue is the place to go. I stopped by recently while walking around Midtown, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much — I mean, for 99 cents, how good can it be, right? But I was pleasantly surprised.
First off, it’s exactly what it claims to be: fast, affordable, and tasty. I ordered a plain cheese slice, and it was served hot and fresh within seconds. The crust was thin with a good crunch, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted — nothing fancy, just solid New York-style pizza done right. And for under a dollar, it’s honestly hard to beat.
The spot itself is small, more of a grab-and-go kind of place. There are a few standing counters if you want to eat quickly on the spot, but most people just take their slice and head out. The staff was fast, friendly, and efficient, even though there was a steady stream of customers.
It’s also in a really convenient location — just a few blocks from Times Square and Penn Station, so if you’re exploring the city and need a quick snack or meal on the go, this is perfect.
No, it’s not gourmet pizza — but that’s not what you’re here for. It’s cheap, satisfying, and very New York. I’d definitely come back for another slice (or two).
Really good value for money. Don't hesitate!

Surprisingly good pizza. It's a shame you can't get a slice for 99c anymore, but at $1.50 for a slice with cheese or $2.50 for pepperoni, it's probably the cheapest option to eat in the area. The taste is good, always fresh pieces

It's okay. Not great, not bad, just a mid slice of pizza. The sauce has a nice flavor and there is a good amount of cheese, but the pepperoni is a bit too salty and the dough is just okay. The place does not look clean, I just hope the kitchen is cleaner, but I guess that's fine as you just go in to order a slice and immediately leave. I would not visit again, but if you are looking for something quick and cheap to just fill you up I guess it's a good spot.

I went to eat 99 cent pizza after going to Times Square.
The cheese pizza was priced at $1.50, but the cheese alone was delicious!

$1.50, not .99. Very solid, good crust, should soak up the grease with a napkin. No toppings. Good spot, worth your money!

Very good pizza, there were 4 of us and we took two pieces each so they gave us a whole pizza. We also tasted the famous pineapple pizza, a mystical experience haha
