I'm posting this review for awareness. I tried to come here by myself for the birthday deal. Nowhere on their website does it say you need two people. I explained that when I walked in and the two people at the front just showed me the card.

I do think having one person pay and the other be free for a birthday is a good deal. But please, put it on your damn website!!

I really love this hot pot and BBQ buffet; they offer a wide variety of options for both hot pot and BBQ food. In the back section, there is an assortment of sauces, snacks, and fresh fruit to satisfy a diverse range of tastes. The dining environment is spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings.

Really bad quality and owners seem greedy with all of their policies. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

I came here for my birthday. Made a reservation and everything. When i arrived they said the party before us was taking a while and they couldnt seat us. They told us this AFTER making us wait for 20 minutes. So instead of having everyone at one table like originally planned and promised, we were forced to split up across 4 tables (they also made us move after we were seated, cause why not right?).

How do you as a business not honor a reservation? On top of that, they were so rude while we were waiting, and the manager herself practically laughed in our face about this situation. It was so embarrassing and disrespectful, the treatment we got. I really wanted to enjoy this place and my birthday but was met with unprofessional attitudes and just plain chaos. Ill never come back here and would highly recommend you avoid it as well.

I'm not someone who typically writes dramatic reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I stopped by for the complimentary birthday meal that I've enjoyed here for the past several years. In the past, if you came in on your actual birthday, you could receive the birthday meal even if you were dining alone. I've always tipped 20%+ based on the full menu value and have also dined at your restaurants as a paying customer on many other occasions.

When I arrived, a supervisor at the front told me the policy had changed and said I should have checked the website beforehand. I pulled up the website on the spot and showed her that it had not been updated to reflect the new policy. She acknowledged that the website was inaccurate, but simply shrugged.

I politely explained that I had checked the website before making the trip and that it should be updated to avoid situations like this. Her demeanor then became noticeably dismissive.

Being turned away on my birthday after commuting there and looking forward to dinner was unnecessarily frustrating and, frankly, felt a bit petty.

Quality and service is still just as good, and they have both outdoor and indoor dining available.

Sauce station felt dirty, mala soup base was lacking in spice, water was warm, floors were slippery, and no buffet bar (selection two things). The 8th Ave 99 Favor is superior in all ways except food.

Its not just all you can eat hotpot buffet. They even have individual hotpot !! Everything is great including the service, the only downside is you only get one ice cream cup per person ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ for dessert.

Iโ€™ve been to this location several times. the quality and service is not great as it used to be. There are far better hotpot bbq options in the city.

They need to add a safety lock for the induction cooktops for parties that do not order hotpot. The stove top is in Chinese and can be easily turned on by mistake.. this is safety hazard.

99 Favor Taste is a fun and lively spot for all-you-can-eat hot pot and BBQ. The variety is impressive, with plenty of meats, seafood, and sides to choose from. I enjoyed the interactive dining experience and bold flavors. Itโ€™s a great place to go with friends and take your time enjoying a satisfying, social meal.

Their food quality is getting lower over the years I am a regular. Their is very limited food options but it is slightly cheaper than the other ayce places. I feel like they would purposely not bring one of the dishes you order they definitely are becoming more cheap heads

Recently revisited this place after many years. Very disappointed overall. The food / quality of meat was very mediocre. Soup base is not great. Service was prompt, but limited to 90 minutes of dining time. The price for all you can eat is slightly cheaper compared to other all you can eat hotpot / bbq places, but I would have paid slightly more for better quality ingredients.
