Asked for a vegetarian sandwich, guy confirms the sandwich order then hands me the messiest roast beef and Swiss I’ve ever seen. Even if I could eat meat I wouldn’t want to eat that disaster.

I ordered food for pickup through doordash, waited for an hour for my ordered to say “completed”. Once the order said completed I walked to the deli to pick up my food, they said they never received my order. I showed them the receipt and confirmed the correct address, they shrugged their shoulders and said to call Doordash. Instead of making my meal then and there, since I did show a valid receipt with the date and address of the place, they blew me off and said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable.

THIEVES!!! Overcharged me!!! They charged me double the price. Found out when I looked at my transaction on the bank app. They didn’t even offer receipt and now it makes sense why! Also, they don’t tell you total or show you the screen of the payment, they ask you to do it through the dirty glass. Very very very disappointing! THIEVES!!!!
