The twice cooked pork, sautéed string beans, and yangzhou fried rice here are all pretty good. The owner is very sweet and the service is super quick. Glad to have such a homey chinese spot on the upper east side.

Ordered for pick up for the first time, totally worth it. Decided to call the restaurant and the woman who answered the call was extremely polite. The food was great! Genuinely recommend. Will be my new go to spot, def try it out!

Amazing food and very reasonable prices. Would especially recommend the Young Chow Fried rice, crispy chicken in garlic and the egg drop soup.

Less than half way through my meal, which did taste good, UNTIL I bit into something crunchy and bitter. I took it out my mouth to find that it was a bug! I was beyond shocked and disgusted. It was not a fly btw, a real bug. I should have went back for a refund but couldn’t be bothered. I understand that in a restaurant these things can happen but it’s still unacceptable.

This place is a hidden gem. Nothing fancy but some of the best Szechuan in NYC. Definitely go for the Kung Pao if you're undecided. The noodles are fantastic too.

This restaurant is not suitable for vegetarians. I am a pescatarian and my wife is a vegetarian. Every single dish that we ordered was cooked with chicken broth. Including dishes listed in the vegetable section of the menu. This is not that unusual, but I think the menu should make a point to inform customers.

I love when I have the chance to get takeout here. Tasty food, reasonably priced, quick turnaround, and kind staff. It’s my favorite place on the upper east and for a good reason
