ART SoHo (Arlo Roof Top)

ART Soho is a great rooftop bar with solid appetizers and shareable plates (good shoestring french fries), a stocked bar (with expensive drinks...but you're paying for the view, even if it's $11 for a spiked seltzer beverage), and lots of seating. When the weather is nice very few people are inside, and the outdoor area has lots of comfy seating. The staff is somewhat attentive, though we did have to flag people down multiple times to get water, etc. Overall though this is a great spot with a great view out west from Manhattan.

Started off our night at ART SoHo and it set the night off right. Our server Jasmine was sweet and very helpful with the drink menu. the spicy margarita with mezcal was done right, and the espresso martini was legit. If you want a chill rooftop that isn’t stuffy go here.

I have now visited ART SoHo multiple times and only post reviews when truly deserved. This rooftop patio deserves even more than 5 stars!

Inside and outside, this bar boasts a spectacular vibe and atmosphere with super friendly service. I love how this bar doesn't just cater to hotel guests but you'll find yourself mixing with locals as well.

ART is brilliantly managed by Razel who keeps the wheels well oiled and in motion. I will continue to stay at Arlo Soho and frequent this rooftop as well as Foxtail and Linden's on the main floor when I'm visiting Manhattan.

Special mention must go to Matteo and Amanda who are spectacular and very accommodating behind the bar.

What an absolutely beautiful rooftop! There are options for both inside and outside seating - and given the overall atmosphere of both spaces, it's really hard to choose between which one to sit! Otherwise, I think it was important to note that the noise level wasn't at all obnoxious or too imposing on conversations, but sat at a perfect median given the otherwise lively energy of a SoHo-Manhattan rooftop. I can't praise the ‘vibes' enough in this regard. Our server, Jasmine (pardon any misspelling!) was a delight and delivered great presence at the table. One is tempted to feel lost and forgotten in such a bustling environment, but Jasmine never made us feel this way. Lastly, the food and drinks were fantastic: the Kiwi Swizzle and Strawberry Mai Tai are a must have; the chicken sandwich was an absolute dream with hearty tomatoes and a beautiful golden-brown breading, not otherwise forgetting the guacamole and chips and hamachi crudo which were stars in their own right.

I was at the Arlo Soho rooftop bar and the view of the sunset was amazing. The food is good, I recommend the pita bread, hummus, and guacamole. For drinks, I usually keep it simple but the watermelon spritz is pretty tasty.

The ambiance and drinks were good. The tacos came out cold and the steak was chewy. The impossible burger was good and the cheese is vegan The I was sitting and there was a speaker by me in the bushes. The music was really loud which made it hard to talk

I had the best experience at ART SoHo! The staff were incredibly kind and Fred made the most delicious mocktail and drinks. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend/come back!

I liked the fact that the rooftop had many tables and the place wasn’t too busy. Enjoyed sitting down and sipping on a drink. Not much view as the view was blocked by some plants.

Alfonso at the door was fabulous from the start! The DJ was top notch we could've stayed all night listening to him kill it!! The rooftop is good but nothing over the top. Food was good - we had the chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger and the fries. The biggest opportunity is service and the reason we ended up going somewhere else was because we couldn't get a 2nd drink. We had to ask 3 different servers for our check and waited more than 20 minutes for our server to close us out. Food and atmosphere was so good we'd definitely go back. I recommend a reservation if you want to be seated.
