Wonderful cooking classes! Great for team building events and delicious food
Had a great time with the private cooking class. Everyone enjoyed the session with helpful staff and great food. Highly recommend for team events or night out with friends
What an amazing space and team! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure this was a lovely experience. The food was delicious, the journey a delight, and the atmosphere was perfect for what you'd want when dark dining. A huge shout-out to the folks working the event as they professionay deescalated some tough dynamics between a table while keeping things joyful for the rest of us. Can't wait to come again!
We attended Abigail's Sushi Basics class and were blown away by the depth of her knowledge. We had a blast learning how to source ingredients and practicing making tasty sushi rolls from scratch ourselves. The atmosphere was super cool and laid back, making for an extremely comfortable evening. From the complimentary beer and wine, a ton of food and all we learned from Abigail, the value for this experience was fantastic. We will be back for another cooking class soon!
We did the pasta making class with Abigail and had an incredible time! The food was delicious and Abigail is a phenomenal chef and teacher! Highly recommend!!
What a great time our small group had. Abigail and her staff do a great job, and when I had a little (big) snafu with timing, they did their best to accommodate us. Thank you!
We selected a Thai menu and it was perfect. My favorite aspect was the very practical information Abigail provided. So many tidbits of very useful information.
I definitely recommend for any group for a fun evening out.
Took a class here, the experience was fun with friends but chef can be a bit off putting. Food was mediocre, curious to see what experience chef has.
Absolutely one of the BEST experiences of our lives! Dinner in the dark is an immersion in the tastes, sounds, smells and textures of an amazing meal. Every delightful mouthful left us excited with anticipation for the next . The atmosphere is joyful and energetic with impeccable service. We will definitely be back!
abby is wonderful. this is not a restaurant by the regular definition. do not expect to walk in and be served like you're at chili's. the food is great, the atmosphere is great, go to hang out, relax and eat while you're there. make it one of your local hangs.
Incredibly disappointing experience - class cancelled with less than 10 days notice due to “scheduling conflict”. Why advertise your class in the first place?

hii do you provide waiter training classes ?
Had an incredible experience at Abigail’s dinner in the dark experience last night. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so different and interesting. Perfect for NYC locals or visitors that want a unique dining experience! Highly recommend!!
I attended a cocktail class last night at Abigail Kitchen taught by Svetlana. Really fun, entertaining and (surprisingly) educational event. Svetlana taught how to make 3 unique cocktails, and the 4th bonus one. She used authentic flavor combos and cool equipment. You can tell she really knows her way around spirits and has a smooth way of teaching it. Also, delicious hors d'oeuvres helped from getting too drunk too quickly. I made a few new friends, laughed a ton, and definitely got a nice buzz! Highly recommend this class!
I just loved Svetlana’s cocktail class. She showed us how to make four different cocktails, and we had all the ingredients and equipment to make them along with her. The cocktails were very unique and included all the ingredients and liquor to make along with her. The class was very lively and a lot of fun, and after four cocktails we were having even more fun. Another great aspect of the class was that as we were making the cocktails, the class next-door was cooking different dishes and all the cooking class hors d’oeuvres were sent it to our cocktail class,
With four cocktails and all that food our experience was absolutely enjoyable and certainly worth the price of admission
I took the “STIRRED, SHAKEN & MORE: A COCKTAIL CLASS WITH BITES” class at Abigail’s with Svetlana. Wow, what a terrific class with really, really knowledgeable mixologist making great drinks! A very generous amount of drinks AND food. We’re not talking well drinks here, top quality alcohol and amazingly handmade ingredients. On top of that, the food served was so terrific. Thanks to Svetlana and Abigail!!
