BETTY is an exceptional establishment with wonderful service. Jayden and Matt are incredible servers, and didn't hesitate to make sure that my needs were met — above and beyond. The food is fantastic - especially the chicken sadnwich and BETTY be ready. I highly recommend BETTY if you're in the LES... you won't regret it.

BETTY is a restaurant that offers a Scandinavian-inspired atmosphere with designey plates and a good playlist. The menu features interesting dishes, including a highly recommended crispy tofu sandwich and a southern fried chicken sandwich. The restaurant is a lovely local dive with good quality food at reasonable and affordable prices, including a delightful and smooth beet hummus and a good deal lunch combo.
Breakfast at BETTY is also a popular choice, with the banana pancakes and buttermilk pancakes being standouts. The English breakfast is delicious with perfectly seasoned and toasted tomatoes; nothing on the plate feels heavy. The steak and eggs is incredible, with the steak cooked perfectly and covered in a sweet salty au jus, served with a hefty arugula salad and well roasted potatoes. Bloody Mary's are delicious and food comes out hot and rather quickly.
Overall, BETTY is praised for its delicious food, amazing prices, and excellent service. The interior is charming and chic, making it a nice spot for a peaceful brunch or a first date. The outdoor seating is a bonus when the weather is nice. BETTY is highly recommended for both breakfast and lunch.
