$50 for what amounts to a Hampton Inn countertop breakfast buffet is ridiculous, even for NYC. Boxes of cereal, out of a box pastries, dried out scrambled eggs, and juice from a tower. Come on Hilton.

Mediocre overpriced food. Tiny portions that were pathetic attempts at fine dining. As for the name, the only thing it's 'above' is the parking garage. You'd think it would be up high with a view with a name like this.
