Good location heart of time square. Many restaurants in area to choose. Lots of retail shopping. Streets you can see characters and inspiring artist perform. Near all MTA train lines to get around.Lobby is bright and cheer it has three sections in lobby.Free breakfast for registered guest in a separate room off the lobby. Breakfast is serve from 6am to 10am.
My husband booked this hotel last minute and it was great. We wanted to stay close to Times Square and the subway station. This hotel was walking distance to Times Square and the subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small and old but it was clean. They did have a fridge but they just placed it on the floor. I wish it was up in a cabinet or something because it made it harder to open the fridge door and this is why I'm docking 1 star. But, it wasn't...read full review

We stayed at the Hampton Inn last week. The hotel is nice enough. The hotel was clean and all of the workers were very friendly and helpful. Shane specifically, went out of his way to help us get into our room quickly as I had a massive migraine and needed a quiet place to wait it out. He could see I wasn't feeling great and went above and beyond to help us get into a room quickly. Shane was super friendly, helpful and professional.
