We had our wedding reception on the rooftop and also stayed in the penthouse suite and it was the best experience we could have asked for! Krystal and Sophie went WAY above and beyond to make our celebration and our stay go smoothly and something we will never forget! The cocktails were delicious, everyone was accomodating (including complimentary champagne in the room) and the Japanese soaking tub on the roof was sublime! This hotel was simply brilliant ! Mi wife and I truly enjoyed the hotel and the service from the employees. The were very supportive when I need to receive some packages (Lori) The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere of New York and it was calmed and near by all the places. Definetly will come back here.

Great place to stay! Good location, easy access to Subway, clean & super friendly and helpful staff. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in NYC. Would totally stay here again!
