We had a delicious meal at Melba's. We both had the short ribs with collard greens and yams. My son had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Fruit punch was on point. Most of all our beautiful server Olay treated us like family. She always goes above and beyond to please her customers. Thanks so much for our family Sunday gathering. My compliments to the chefs as well...
The food and drinks were great. The portions were healthy. However, we waited almost a half hour to be seated with reservations. We sat at our table for about 10 min before we were acknowledged, not offered water. We ordered apps drinks and main course at the same time. We got both courses together and 5 min later we got our cocktails and water. Sever was nice, but service was not great. The dining room is too bright.

Plus: easy location to get to, nice background music and liked art displayed. Negative: food while flavorful was served cold- had to send back and still wasn't right after 2nd attempt to correct. Food arrived from kitchen before beverage, felt rushed, server was neither helpful nor attentive.
