I can make good coffee at home… i come out and pay for an overpriced latte for the experience. every time i come im treated as though im bothering yall. unfortunate because this place has everything needed to be awesome, but i think there are other spots that are cool yet dont let it turn them rude

The decor veers towards shabby chic. Artwork is slightly haphazrd on the walls. The customers are animated. Conversations are high energy. The baked goods are done in house and are first rate. I believe that they do their own in house coffee roasting. If so they do it right. The flat white & latte were delicious. The barista knows the exact temperature to steam the milk.
The most outstanding feature of this cafe is that no one (I repeat no one) was on their laptop. This is a well curated group of clients. People were chatting. They were reading. They were journalling. They were engaging in basic human creativity & interaction. No one was mindlessly scrolling through Facebook, IG or TikTok. We complimented one of the staff members on this.
Good music, a comfy chair, sublime scones & a darn fine cup of coffee = a happy soul.

So dissapointed. I have been there several times. Today I went in for a hot chocolate and when he handed it to me it was a third of the cup full. I asked him is this normal and he said that is our serving size. Please next time inform me that for $6 im getting 2 sips of ok hot chocolate. Very Sad .

One of our favorite coffee shops in NYC. We consistently enjoy our drinks here and love the communal atmosphere of the space. Nice cozy vibes and usually have a vinyl playing in the background. They have a variety of beverage options as well as some food choices. Always nice to find a table at a cafe and enjoy your drink out of a real mug/cup. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

excellent cafe for quiet people. fewest lurking glances or sense of it, variety of comfortable seating (outdoor alcove if one chooses to smoke), unobtrusive (though moderately volumed this is the “Moderate Noise”) instrumental record spinning, not too much talking or presence of gabbers if so they are in passing and do not seem to linger because they are around so many books, mostly discerning clientele and kind baristas please tip them. nice looking food though i haven’t tried it, my vote is regarding my espresso drink which was perfect.

Abraco is a really cool coffee shop, the music is loud and the vibe almost feels like a bar that happens to serve coffee. The cortado was excellent and the olive oil cake is seriously good. Definitely worth stopping by.
