Spicy Beef Ramen with Jalapeńos and extra egg… is still the best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had and will continue to come back for again and again. We got disappointed last night, giving a random ramen spot in Queens a chance, but came back to Ajisen today and wow 💙 How quickly you can take something amazing for granted 😭
The ramen was mid. I wouldn’t say it is the best ramen in nyc but it’s alright. I personally wouldn’t get it again. I gotten the miso ramen and I would say it was pretty salty and the noodles itself wasn’t as good. Overall I also gotten the Tatsuta age and it had no taste. Overall the service was amazing.
Beware: they add a 18% service fee(Tip) towards your bill so becareful when you pay because it would ask for additional tip as well.

Didn't do any research on this place, just walk in! AND IT WAS WONDERFUL! The service was amazing, the food was amazing! If i ever make it back to NYC, i'll be coming back to this place!! Visited 10/3/24 at 5pm
