So I accidentally ordered from the wrong akura for take out. Mind you I'm from New Jersey when we noticed it I went to call to try and cancel my order and get my money back.... they refused to cancel my order on top of refunding me because the order was already made. Now most restaurants can refund your order if the food is made I only know this from working with doordash but this restaurant won't. My fiancé and I are now out $40

Stopped in for lunch and ordered chicken teriyaki which came with white rice & a salad. Also ordered california roll. For $25 I’ve honestly tasted better Japanese food. The food was bland and lacked flavor.I decided to dine in last minute since I was on lunch and had time to eat in. The cashier said to let her know in the future since I would have to pay tip at the table. However, the place was literally empty, there was no table service just a worker asleep at a table.

worst sushi i've ever had - so bad that i decided to write a review. absolutely flavorless, bland and dry, like it was made a few days ago and sat. rice was dry and hard. the fish literally tasted like nothing, or if anything a little off. california roll was fishy. i forced myself to eat a few pieces before throwing it out. my friend warned me that it was the most bland tasteless sushi he's had and boy was he right. do you guys taste the food you're selling? did someone look at that and say "this looks fine"?never again.

I ordered a chicken katzu that had a paper doilie hidden underneath a bed of rice. Halfway through my meal I noticed the paper doilie and that I had mistakenly eaten half of it since it was discretely hidden away under the bed of rice. Absolutely disgusting, lost my appetite entirely.

It took over an hour to be delivered. Finally when we received our order the hot food was cold and the sushi rolls were not rolled tightly. It was mushy and a little messy. As well as the bag had soy sauce spilled inside the bag.
