This was the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had. It was amazing. Fresh, warm, moist. So good. Cold brew was really good too.Seating is a common area right next to it.

THE. BEST. Almond croissant I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Europe and all that but this??? Unlike any other croissant. Saying that I highly recommend this is an understatement. Was also graced with beautiful music from a quartet outside on a Sunday around noon.

Tried the laminated everything baguette, it was alright. Soft on the outside, no crunch. And also soft and chewy on the inside like hero/hoagie bread. It’s a baguette only in shape, the texture was very off. And the everything seasoning was only sesame & poppy seeds and a bit too much salt, not what I was expecting for everything seasoning. Maybe I went on an off day. I’ll try the other items here another time.

Food: They have a handful of selections; they don't warm up the pastries for you so it may not be in your best interest to get anything with cheese unless you like congealed cheese (hey I don't mind) or you got there during opening hours or when they pulled fresh from the oven; their mushroom tart is my go-to - flaky pastry and mushroom - so worth the carbs; I do wish they would fill their pastries more...a bit skimpy Service: ok average, serviceable but nothing more Ambiance: this is a to-go order stand, not an actual sit-down bakery shop; there are plenty of open seating and tables available nearby closer to the bbq spot and Pearl Street Market

We walked around Chelsea market in early Saturday morning & saw a line up at this bakery. So, we decided to try the ham & cheese croissant. And the croissant was delicious! It was super crunchy on the outside but flaky & buttery on the inside! Wish we bought the whole length as me & my kiddo was fighting for it.

Finally checked out this place! Highly recommend their European-style ✨cinnamon bun! My must-get item, and so far my favorite! (Cause chocolate babka was sold out…..) it was moist, soft, and doughy with crunchy sugar on the top.Croissant was a classic. (Made a sandwich with it.)Lemon brioche was less my favorite since the lemon taste was not strong. It got crunchy edges but the inner part was not soft because of the way they bake.I also got their ✨sour dough which I also recommend. Crunchy edges with soft, doughy inside.Last but not least, staff was soooo friendly.
