Food: They have a handful of selections; they don't warm up the pastries for you so it may not be in your best interest to get anything with cheese unless you like congealed cheese (hey I don't mind) or you got there during opening hours or when they pulled fresh from the oven; their mushroom tart is my go-to - flaky pastry and mushroom - so worth the carbs; I do wish they would fill their pastries more...a bit skimpy Service: ok average, serviceable but nothing more Ambiance:...read full review
We walked around Chelsea market in early Saturday morning & saw a line up at this bakery. So, we decided to try the ham & cheese croissant. And the croissant was delicious! It was super crunchy on the outside but flaky & buttery on the inside! Wish we bought the whole length as me & my kiddo was fighting for it.

THE. BEST. Almond croissant I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Europe and all that but this??? Unlike any other croissant. Saying that I highly recommend this is an understatement. Was also graced with beautiful music from a quartet outside on a Sunday around noon.
