The food is ok, the customer service & Quality Control are awful. I work nearby and order breakfast frequently from this establishment and almost every single time. I have to walk back and retrieve the missing item , that I’ve ordered and paid for . It’s annoying and is ultimately pushing me to find other options in the area . If you order & pay for, something it should be in the bag!! Unacceptable. Also why are your prices instore way higher then the mobile app? i paid almost $6 extra today when ordering instore ,compared to what i pay in the app ordering the very same items. Very shady!

Delicious food and really friendly service. The bagels were really excellent and I was surprised to find they even did gluten free bagels so I could eat a Reuben myself and not have to watch the family eat. The queue went down quickly and the host resolved a minor misunderstanding with our order in a really classy way. Would 100% recommend.

Not worth the line. Avoid. It took a full hour to order and wait for mediocre breakfast bagels. Ordered 6 bagels and when my name was called it was only 4 bagels so I let them know and then he “fixed it” so then I left only to realize we were still missing one. Had to go back and get my husbands sandwich. Not cool. Very disappointing.

I was so unsatisfied by the order. I’ve waited for one hour and a half just to get my order after I purchase it on-site, yet they finished making 6 bagels for the 20th-ish person behind me first before mine. I’ve asked 5 times with different staff, yet they didn’t make my order ASAP, instead they finished making it for the people behind me. I was so disappointed since I only ordered 3 simple bagels only…
This place was so amazing. And so very friendly. It’s a must try the bagels are so delicious.
I didn't expect too much but it was pretty good. I liked they have more flavored tofu options than other places.

When I saw a long line, I knew I was going to be in for a treat.
The cinnamon flavored cream cheese is a perfect fit for the French toast bagel.
The sideview appearance looks a little off, but it’s the taste that matters and I was highly satisfied.
