The maître d was amazing- we came in hoping to add another two guests to a reservation and he handled everything beautifully. Truly excellent service and beautiful atmosphere! Great spot to have tea or take a break from shopping!!
Definitely a special place to visit if you are doing a celebration while visiting NY. We had high tea and it was one of less pricey options in the city for that. We sat in the fancy chairs and it was fun but harder to see the views. The food we had was good. Definitely not 150 dollars worth but again you are also paying for atmosphere. Extremely attentive service. The lemon tarts and the chocolate cheesecake were the highlights.
