Even though it says this location is closed on opentable.com, it’s 100% open. Food is great… the pork dumplings were by far my favorite. Absolutely flavorful.

We spent one evening of our New York trip here. Selected and booked the place based on both hotel recommendation and internet. When we arrived, we were a bit sceptical - but this was washed away by the friendly service and the nice food ... we for sure can recommend this place !

This is a good spot for a lunch on weekdays if you are near the Grammercy Park area. I always get a sushi mixed platter lunch and a friend loves the spicy tuna and avocado salad. The staff are super nice.

Sushi was perfectly fine. Service was very slow. It was in the right place at the right time. Would return if I was in need of sushi in kips bay again, but wouldn't go out of my way.

Best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had. Crispy chicken, not over-sauced, perfectly steamed broccoli. The Bacon XO Fried Rice is also amazing!

Check out their specialty rolls--different and delicious. I especially liked their lobster specialty roll but they also have a delicious and well-priced pad Thai. Best sushi in the area

I used to go to Amber exclusively for their great sushi. I recently ventured out and got the basil stir fry with chicken. Wow. The hot entrees are even better than the sushi!
