It was very busy for HH but the staff was very accommodating and still managed to get us a table! The bartenders were also really nice and were killing the game, highly recommend this spot! Didn't get a chance to try the pizzas but they looked delicious and everyone seemed to be ordering them.
by far my FAVORITE bar in new york city! nothing comes close to the food, drinks, or atmosphere at the factory. big thanks to the manager, ella, for being so kind to our party. i wanted to invite her to sit down with us! i will always always always come back

The service here is incredible! Everyone was so friendly and so helpful and just genuinely wonderful! The food was great! We had margaritas pizza fresh guac and chicken bites. The bartender made us the best whiskey sours I've had in a very long time and our server Hannah was super friendly and made great suggestions. They had a singer on Monday night who played so many different oldies with such passion! I already told several of my friends about this place and we plan to be back...read full review
