I have been here two or three times before and it was great, so that's why I returned--a birthday present from my favorite cousin. Food was great. We were the only diners there, so absolutely no noise. Sadly, there was one downside that left a sour taste in my mouth. Part of my meal was a very small portion of seaweed salad, maybe a tablespoon full. At perhaps 10 minutes into the meal I requested a little more seaweed salad. This is my go to place for sushi in nyc. Usually everything is perfect. Calamari last couple times has been just “so so”. All the other food is fantastic. The issue we had this time is there was about a 45 minute downtime between courses. No one said anything and stayed away until right before the food was about to come out. By the time it did we ate and didn't want more. Our bill is usually 300$. It was 240$ this time as we didn't want to order anymore. Their loss....

Such an amazing restaurant. Staff are amazing. Food was fresh and delicious!! Sadly Thai tea was a bit bitter. Everything about this place was just wonderful! Thank you I’ll definitely be back.
