Amazing Gelato, love it everytime!
A small cone ( less than one fourth a cup)
was $ 8.60 including taxes.

The gelato seems ok, just ok. The store however was completely neglected, dirty and the servers were not customer oriented at all. Mine in particular was gossiping with her colleagues while slowly preparing my gelato holding it like a microphone, triggering my hygiene paranoia as I saw her literally spitting on it. Rather than blaming it on the people working there, probably at minimum wage or so with no training except for making the useless ‘rose’ of gelato, I had the clear impression of a ‘facade’ brand fully focused on minimizing costs and no attention to the customer at all. And yes, I threw my gelato away, I couldn’t enjoy it anymore…

Italian gelato with a great variety of flavors. The staff is always very friendly, and they let you sample flavors before making a choice. The gelato is absolutely delicious—we always come here when we want ice cream!
Getting the gelato shaped like a flower is a really nice touch and makes for a super cute dessert. Honestly though, the gelato itself was just way too sweet for my taste. It isn't bad by any means, but I definitely prefer Venchi over this place when I want really good gelato. Amorino is fun to try once for the aesthetic, but Venchi just tastes better overall.

Great service! great staff ! super friendly and smiles from staff are a rarity in NYC , especially near Lincoln Center. Oh, and i'm told by my friend that the ice cream/gelato is delicious!
