THREE extremely incompetent and inefficient girls working the ice cream counter at 7 pm on Saturday 11/1 - not a single person taking orders at the register, with one claiming cash only at registers and all other orders at the kiosk. Resulted in five orders ahead of mine when I had been waiting on line for fifteen minutes - not a single apology or acknowledgment - just a bunch of unprofessional giggling about how they’re “busy”.
Best gelato on the Upper West Side! Excellent service! Delicious sweet treat! And Kaylee was excellent! 10/10

Love the shop, Elena was great through the process and was understanding of my allergies and was able to give me recommendations to options I could enjoy. 100% would recommend going to this shop and asking for her for a smooth shopping experience. 10/10 experience, will go again.

This place continues to amaze me with their wonderful flavors. The employees are so sweet and helpful. Ms Kaylee helped us today and she is always so pleasant. We continue to come back and taste all the yummy flavors.
