I had a deeply disappointing experience with Angelina’s Bakery in Seaside. I ordered a graduation cake for a special celebration, expecting a fresh, custom-made dessert. Instead, the cake was clearly frozen, with a dry, crumbly texture and an off taste that screamed “freezer burn.” To make matters worse, despite clearly requesting the graduate’s name on the cake, it arrived with no personalization whatsoever—just a generic design that looked like it was slapped together last minute. The staff offered no apology or resolution when I brought it up, which only added to the frustration. For such an important occasion, I expected better attention to detail and quality. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a reliable, fresh cake.

The croissants were fresh everyday, staff was exceptional and coffee was great! Will most definitely visit when we come back next month.

A lovely bakery right on Times Square. Elegant and clean. The service was very friendly. We had donuts that were excellent—so rich in chocolate that they were almost difficult to eat. All in all, a great place. The price was a bit higher than expected, but given that everything on Times Square is exaggerated, it’s still reasonable. Recommended.

We had breakfast at Angelinas in Times Square almost every morning for two weeks because it was so delicious (unfortunately there are also a few pounds more after these two weeks)! The selection of pastries is wonderful! The savory dishes also taste great. The only thing to criticize is the unfriendliness of some of the staff.

Absolutely everything we tried in the morning was delicious: coffee, sandwiches, donuts. In the evening: pizza, tiramisu, strawberry cake! Wow, I recommend it ❤️🗽🫰🏼

We ordered online but we didn't get it, we ordered 4 chocolates + 4 breads. We just got 2 breads in a box. We tried to call the store but never picked up the call. Bad service, avoid this place they will steal your money if they have a change. Bad Bad experience.

my mom has been wanting tô visit this place for the pistachio bombolone. The lady that helped us pick out the food was soooo nice and patient. When we got tô the cashier… not so much. Not even a hello or hi and expects a 20% tip.. yea no. Anyways…. I’m not sure if this is busy hour but this place was very full. Mostly of people just on their phones not even eating. I wish I could take a picture of them but I swear, there’s about 2 floors. Almost every single table had people just on their phones some without any plates or any sign that they ordered food in front of them… honestly absurd. Out of all like 8-12 tables there was about only 4 tables with actual people eating or at least with food/coffee in front of them. Anyways, this honestly made me annoyed and the actual people who pay for food and want tô sit and eat can’t because of these lazy people. They should figure something out because i definitely don’t think this is okay.

Excellent pastry and pizzas. All sweets are top notch. Only thing is the place is small for the amount of people they accommodate

Today we went for a leisurely walk and took a break for refreshments. The restaurant is centrally located in Timesquare and the atmosphere inside is cozy. Lots of delicious food of very good quality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and everything is very clean and highly recommended. Will be back soon.

TLDR: The desserts were truly amazing and lived up to Angelina’s Bakery’s reputation, but the customer service was awful.

When I had visited Time’s Square on vacation, I made sure to stop at Angelina’s Bakery because of its outstanding reputation. I ordered a pistachio bombolone and a lemon meringue eclair. The bombolone managed to exceed my already high expectations. The dough was light and airy, and the pistachio filling was generous and absolutely delicious with its sweet, nutty flavor. One of the best desserts I have ever had. 5 stars.

The customer service, on the other hand… I was not satisfied. There was only one attendant listening to and fulfilling the long line of customers’ orders. Not enough. Plus, when I was finally second in line, he began casually conversing with the family before me and completely left me and the other customers behind me in the dust. Eventually, the cashier had to come over and bag my chosen bombolene. But that wasn’t all. I also wanted the eclair from the glass counter, and I waited for the attendant to finish talking to that family. He then proceeded to skip over me and asked for the order of the person behind me. When I finally cut in, he gave me an impatient look and told me to wait. The attendant then eventually, finally bagged my eclair. The customer service was horrible. 1 star.
