Victor s Cafe is by far one of the best restaurants in NYC. From the friendly staff to the oustanding food n drinks. Met with a few old n dear friends of mine. No better place to meet than one of my favorite restaurants.The waiters Darwin and Carlos (Charlie); were friendly , attentive, pleasant, efficient and so willing to make sure we had an excellent dining experience .Continuously checking on us and making sure all was well.
