Before the performance of Great Gatsby at Broadway Theater started, I ordered coffee and donuts for my daughter to drink hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was like sugar water and had no chocolate flavor. The donuts were hard when bitten, and there was just a little bit of powdered sugar on the dough. The kind of organization that only occurs when bread is made in the first day (I forgot to take a photo when I took it back to tell the clerk). When I went to explain it, they didn’t immediately say that the bread was freshly baked today, so it shouldn’t be like this. They only said they would check it, so I think it must have been left there for a few days... everyone should be careful.

It was so packed, services wasn't good, it wasn't clear where we order and where we received food. 8$ for a pistachio croissant, really expensive. At 9AM they were already sold out of so many items...

That caramel Chantilly cream bombolone is like Italian donut heaven. We ate 3 and bought a whole bunch to take home. Amazing pastries!

Busy place for a reason…easy to use self service kiosks and you are in and out with your delicious coffee and croissants.

I tried the filled strawberry pastry and it was sooo good. The customer service on the other hand was not great. I ordered on the kiosk which advertises that it’s a way to “skip the line”, we still ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order and we watched people who were just arriving go in and out. We had a show to watch at a nearby theater and my friend had to leave empty handed because we waited almost 40 minutes and were ignored or given looks by staff whenever we politely asked for an update on our order (which was one slice of cheesecake). It was just disappointing since the price was $10 and we didn’t even end up with anything.

Cute location. A bit frenetic to get someone to assist. It’s not particularly orderlySo you have to get someone’s attention. I like pistachio and didn’t want a heavy pastry. I got this black and white type cookie except it was pistachio cream. Wow! The texture was amazing and it tasted great. Nice location and with the theaters nearby.

The Pistacchio Bombolone (Light & Fluffy Italian Doughnut) was easily one of the best things I've put in my mouth this year, absolutely delicious!!!I love that they have kiosks outside the bakery to order and 'skip the line', so easy to grab and go!
