We visited this cute little coffee shop in March 2023 on the way to spend the day at the MoMa. Barista was very friendly, quick, and efficient. There wasn't much space to sit at inside or outside, just a couple of tables, so if you're coming here to do a little bit of work then you may not be able to find seating as easily. This is a great and super convenient location. It is sparkling clean and though small, was not slow or overcrowded. I got in and out with an expertly prepared flat white in minutes. I barely had time to panic check my phone for work emails while I waited. The friendly barista (and master coffee beanbender) Min also deserves a shout out. I'll definitely be back when I need my next midday caffeine fix.

A cute cafe with ~8-10 tables for dining in. There’s a limited menu of hot savory breakfast food (paninis & wraps) and the standard pastries you’d find at any coffee shop. The coffee is bright, fruity and not overly roasted. Only 4 stars because the baristas are extremely slow and forgetful at preparing the hot food.
