I pass by there every day before I go to work or school. I can't explain how the atmosphere and work always manage to make my day. The workers are beyond amazing, they always make my day go a bit faster than usual just because they are warm and very nice to talk with. The managing staff is very formal yet relaxed enough that it doesn't seem they are running a military base. I have never had a bad experience within the store, and I attribute that to the staff that works there....read full review
Nice large location with lots of tables and free WiFi (password is hotwrap). Staff are really friendly and quick hereI got English Breakfast and Peppermint Tea. The decor is very cool with some nice music playing. Lots of glass windows. Clean restrooms. Code is on the receipt.

I adore !!!! Break the mold and the products are, almost all of them, delicious! The sandwiches are wonderful and the prices are attractive. Service is that thing, right? lol American standard... but nothing that stops me from going there when I'm in town...
