I went here twice in my 2 weeks stay at Times Square!!!Both the times I went here early in the morning at like 7 am...I am not sure why other people are saying that the staff was rude. I wanted to get a sandwich near my office, when I walked in to this small subway I saw only two employees. One was behind the counter, the other was behind the fountain drinks and two other customers. I noticed the employees were engaged in conversation while making the sandwich, but the conversation was for quite some time. UPDATED 12/27/23: After submitting a complaint online last week, I received an email from the owner/manager assuring me that they would have a talk with their team, and they also welcomed me back to give them another shot. I'm glad I did today; it was a 5-star experience today. Glad they're back on track with their customer service!
