Please beware of getting up-charged. Although you ask for a regular sub, the cashier will say that the sandwhich have extra meat and cheese, when in fact it’s just a regular sub.

UPDATED 12/27/23: After submitting a complaint online last week, I received an email from the owner/manager assuring me that they would have a talk with their team, and they also welcomed me back to give them another shot. I'm glad I did today; it was a 5-star experience today. Glad they're back on track with their customer service!

Not sure should I say food or service. As many mentioned, the main lady seems to skimp too much. I can understand with meat, but 3 slices of tomato for a foot long sandwich? It was genuinely embarrassing. Will try the other one on 46th (try my luck there)Vegetarian options: Standard fare of Subway.

I went here twice in my 2 weeks stay at Times Square!!!Both the times I went here early in the morning at like 7 am...I am not sure why other people are saying that the staff was rude. Maybe they went during day or eveing time...I can at least say that the boy who was working in night shift there on August 5th and August 12th 2023 was extremely polite and had great services (if the owner is reading this, I wanted to specify the dates so he can praise the person working during night shift on these dates)...He was working all alone the whole night and he served us really well early in the morning which made our morning great!!!!Surely a mustbtry place for a quick bite as well!!!!

Want to give them no stars ! Came here for steak bacon and he told me he couldn’t warm it up anymore when it was still raw looking ! Then he doesn’t even understand what I’m telling him then puts the raw bacon on my sandwich…. I came here on break I literally wasted of time then he tells me they don’t warm it up more than that . I’ve been going to subways for years . Worst experience ever and this location just opens up smh . I would of been regular customers going forward .

Went in on Thursday evening after a theatre show on our way back to our hotel at 10.30pm, the guy serving had an earpiece in and was talking to someone on the phone the whole time. We had to remind him about our choices several times, we weren't sure if he was talking to us or the person on his call. We also noticed he didn't change his gloves after picking up the meat to prepare our friends vegetarian option. When we paid I actually said to him "you shouldn't be talking on your phone whilst serving customers", he just muttered something. Appalling customer service, a terrible ambassador for the Subway organisation. 0 stars from us.

Very rude customer service. I have been going there for 2 months almost everyday asking them if they could get spicy mustard each time because that’s the only sauce that I really like . They claim subways doesn’t carry it that’s why they can’t get it but if a customer comes almost every day the least you can do is get a bottle of spicy mustard . I go to two other locations in Brooklyn run by nice Asian people and they carry spicy mustard so clearly they can carry but choose not too .

Open times are incorrect. I showed up at 23.40, it said "open" outside and the open hours listed every day say 12am. The guy cleaning up inside put his arms out in a cross and the doors were locked. No explanation.Easy solution, If you don't want to work until 12am then close at 11.30 instead. Looks like others have had the same issue
