I pass by there every day before I go to work or school. I can't explain how the atmosphere and work always manage to make my day. The workers are beyond amazing, they always make my day go a bit faster than usual just because they are warm and very nice to talk with. The managing staff is very formal yet relaxed enough that it doesn't seem they are running a military base. I have never had a bad experience within the store, and I attribute that to the staff that works there. They deserve more than they are given, especially during the weekend, I have seen one person handle customers back-to-back with no help, so I would recommend hiring a bit more just because the people who work there are tired. As a manager of a store, I can say that overworking your employees is one way to destroy a Business from within. Overall, an amazing store, and I wish everyone who works there all the best.

To be honest, the hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies were okay, not the greatest, not the worst. People are really nice here and they have a nice selection of refrigerated sandwiches and salads. They have music playing in the background and overall does the job

Visited towards the end of the evening. All the vegan or vegetarian choices were almost depleted (the refrigerators were almost empty.) Approached the guy on the counter and he seemed bothered that he had to talk to me. Finally he agreed to warm up a cheese sandwich for my child. One gave me one napkin and one fork even though the food was for several people. Complained when I asked for more. I asked for a bag to take the food to go and asked me if I couldn't just carry it. The food was less than memorable.
