I had a wonderful experience at Angelina. Saul was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He made the visit feel very pleasant and special. Great customer service really makes a difference, and Saul definitely deserves recognition. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The food has always been excellent - pastries and hot cocoa, can’t speak to the savory dishes.

But the service has declined since this place opened - it used to feel very exclusive and high end, but now I see scuffs and marks everywhere, lollygagging waiters, etc.

It’s a shame because it was really magnificent when it opened around 2021. And the pastries are still delicious — maybe just get it to-go.

I wanted to try hot chocolate here as I had one at Angelina in Paris, France location and had really loved it. The taste here in New York was a bit different but still good. The pastries here though are too sweet for my liking. But recommend trying hot chocolate here.
