Quite mediocre "Italian" food. Acceptable if you're hungry, but nothing to be repeated. The feeling one gets is that then owners have stopped trying for excellence ....

One of the best pizzas I had in NYC! We had half and half, cheese and white… cheese pizza was brilliant, amazing tomato sauce!Great to grab a pie and enjoy in Central Park.

This Italian spot near Central Park is a real gem! We swung by for lunch, and I went for the chicken parmigiana hero, while my partner opted for the Bolognese. Both dishes were incredible, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a top pick for anyone craving awesome Italian eats in NYC!

Our hotel - 1 Hotel Central Park - suggested this place to us. Thought the staff was very friendly and service was quick and efficient. My husband was craving pizza and this hit the spot. When we left there was a long line to get in... Seemed to be a very popular spot.

Exactly what you expect from a Manhattan coal fired pizza place. Fresh ingredients and very good crust.

Wow. How did I miss this gem in my hood. We had takeout pizza.Delicious … reminded us of Rome and Naples. The staff is so friendly and genuine. They told us no tip was necessary for takeout. So honest and refreshing, unlike a lot of restaurants nowadays expecting tipping for even a glass of water. The space is cozy and unpretentious. Almost feel like we were at one of the mom and pop restaurants on Arthur Avenue! Can’t wait be back to try other dishes.

A favorite place for us when in NYC ?. Great flavors in the sauce. A large pizza is more than enough for two. Fun to watch pies going in and out of the oven and how the coals are started in a separate oven. Fast, efficient service.

We went there off the back of Dave Portnoy’s 9.3 review. The tomato sauce was immense and the pepperoni was fantastic. It had just the right amount of singe to the crust. It was very good, but we had better the previous day. It didn’t help there was a party of 60 teenagers dining at the same time.

I love this place, there isn't a single thing I've disliked.Penne a la vodka, chicken Alfredo, bolongese, margarita pizza, meat lovers pizza, zucchini chips, and calamari, all absolutely delicious.Jose and the staff provide really great service always.I highly recommend it.

A great pizzeria in NYC, exactly as expected. Food was great, fast service, with that usual NYC charm and smile (kidding). Good for kids as well.
