Our room was comfortable, spacious, and light with lovely retro-mod furnishings. The service team for both the room and the lobby restaurant were top notch - and our waiter even entertained my nine year old with magic tricks! The Central Park south location was perfect for us since it was only a 10 minute walk to the playground and space to run around. After a mixup in the kitchen yesterday, we waited over an hour for our food. The service was extremely apologetic and waived the entire meal without us even asking. We returned today for breakfast and were greeted with a complimentary pastry basket and no less than 3 apologies from servers and the managers. Food was excellent both days. I applaud the management for handling the accident so well. Happy to return each time I am in New York!
Foood was really good especially the Korean beef sando. The drinks were even better I asked for a spicy margarita less sweet and every time it was perfect and I even got an espresso martini same thing less sweet and it was also perfect! Felipe was super attentive and made sure we liked our drinks. Would definitely comes back :)

Parker's at Thompson Central Park offers great food, fantastic service, and a lively ambiance. The arugula salad is beyond delicious. The restaurant is spacious and not too crowded, providing a comfortable dining experience. It's a great spot for a delightful meal, whether you're dining alone or with company. The roomy atrium setting and the "living ceiling" of plants create a nice atmosphere. The food is clearly very high quality, though the menu options are perhaps a bit traditional. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Service was fairly prompt, but can be slow at times, especially when the restaurant is busy with room service orders. The coffee, both drip and espresso drinks, is surprisingly good. The restaurant is kid-friendly with high chairs available.
