First time here but will be back again and again. The food the ambiance the staff
perfection. you feel like you're in Greece. the saladS are big and delish. 4 of us went and all loved their dishes. highly recommend. New fave. Yes a little pricey but worth it
It is a beautiful place. You immediately feel you are in Greece. However, we were the only people there eating lunch at the time and it took a very long time to get our food. The food is over priced for the amount of food you get served. Disappointed.

The shrimp dish in their red sauce was omg divine

Souvlaki GR – Midtown West is a small Greek restaurant located on 55th near 7th Avenue. A reservation is recommended before you go. The menu features classic dishes such as moussaka, which is REALLY GOOD and a MUST TRY, grilled Octopus appetizer that could easily be a dish on its own, and chicken skewers with pita bread and lentil soup. Other options include Souvlaki in a pita, pork kebab, and Lamb Chops. Service is very fast, and prices are very reasonable. Salads, skewers, pita pizzas, and drinks are all spectacular with great flavor and fresh veggies. The hummus is the absolute best. Though the shrimp skewers are sweet but flavorless, the overall experience is plentiful, delicious, and worth the small price to pay for authentic Greek food.
