Some guests find the atmosphere nice but very generic and corporate. Service is top notch and top-notch, with staff like Rudy and Victor being gracious and going the extra mile. However, service can be very slow for some. The food and drinks come out in a timely manner for breakfast. For the price, portions can be on the smaller side. The location is convenient for Carnegie Hall.
