Barely passable, deficient in both flavor and texture. Presume it's riding on the coattails of its prime location in Times Square
Absolutely amazing!
The ice cream is ok but most of the time too sweet, went on a Sunday evening and noticed none of the people that worked there smiled and kinda seemed annoyed if you asked them for anything. There was a girl in a hoodie aggressively wiping the glass counter over and over again who NEVER said excuse me and would just move in front of the customers to wipe the glass even when they had a long line forming. Not coming back, its definitely not worth the $10.
In the four days that we were in New York we went to Anita’s three times and went to two other ice cream places. What can I say, my daughter is obsessed with ice cream/gelato! Anita’s was the best one by far! The flavor options were amazing. We loved the raspberry crunch, vanilla, salted chocolate. The best time to go was during the day. There was always a decent line at night so if you’re trying to avoid lines go in the early afternoon. The staff was super friendly and they serve it so beautifully. The presentation was impeccable every time.
1/2 Coconut Crumble & 1/2 Chocolate Gelato (Left) then Cheesecake Caramel Cookies Gelato (Right)… Bliss.
Will recommend.
Great options great service
It's an amazing place to go with family, friends, or anyone you love to enjoy a delicious gelato. It has a very nice atmosphere! 10 out of 10🙏
Vile. Chocolate mint tastes like toothpaste. Lemoncello would be better called lysol. They have a “dubai-esque” flavor equally as bad. Stick to basic chocolate which was fine. Lines should be in reverse.
Visited during the day no line which was great cause it was so hard to decide! There is a large variety if gelato to choose from and they all look so good!
Service was great the girl working was so polite and patient. We tasted 2-3 before selecting.
If your with small kids just an FYI there are no restrooms available.
Simply a must Stop when in Time Square, NYC.

Be sure to have an open mind and palate. Also try all the flavors before deciding on the ones you want. SUPER DELICIOUS!!!
I got the crème brûlée pistachio and the white chocolate almond gelato. And it was the best I’ve had! The flavors were not only innovative but they were delicious! The line was constantly out of the door but it moves quickly. Worth every minute of the wait!
Easily the best ice cream gelato place in Times Square.
Friendly staff helping out testing flavours and advising what types they do!
