Not safe for allergies. Ordered online and indicated in multiple places what the allergy was. The flavor that was delivered was completely incorrect and includes the exact allergy I indicated to avoid. I see another review with a similar report. The staff needs retraining to the importance of allergy avoidance.

This gelateria is fantastic. Flavors are refined, texture and taste are amazing. Special dédicace to black forest! A lot of variety with 36 flavors!
Service was also excellent with special care for children by using bigger cup in order to avoid dripping in fingers.

I'm giving a one star for the customer service. Girl behind the counter was so rude. Looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered. The rest is good but it melted very quickly!

Expect long lines at any of these gelato spots. Totallly worth it thought. Large variety of flavors, they allow you to try as many as you’d like and mix flavors. Yummy gelato.

Went here for an ice cream while we were looking at the theatres as it's just down the road from the Golden Theatre. So much to choose from and the staff there wear gloves when serving too. The portions were very generous and I had something like lemon meringue ice cream. Wonderful place although it's not cheap. Mum wife loved hers too. We had a couple of bottles of coke with it and we probably didn't get any change out of $20.

So, after a 24 hour shift at work I came here for experience this place. Walked in and was ignored until some rude chick stood there staring at me. Had gloves on and used these gloves to fix her hair in the mirror rather than help me. I told her it was my first time and her attitude was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. I told the manager about my experience. Neither cared. I. Will. Never. Spend my money here. She used her gloves to adjust her hair then pick up napkins then around the food. Nasty attitude, nasty 🤢 hygiene.
