I thought this place was going to be all hype, but it actually is a really good bagel.
I went on a morning in the middle of the week so there wasn’t much of a wait. The whitefish bagel was delicious. Not pictured, but I really liked how heavily seeded the everything bagel was.

Grabbed a bagel from Apollo on Sunday, seemed to be quite popular hour as we had to wait around 25’ to get inside for ordering. When inside, the waiting time wasn’t long and service was efficient. Tried their white fish burger, which looked quite Nordic. It was tasty, but nothing too special. Definitely filled my stomach though. They have also fresh orange juice. 🥤

Ya girl is from queens so we grew up with Utopia and Whitestone bagel factory. Those are your traditional grab a dozen and bring it home type bagels that stand the test of time.
