First of all, the staff was very attentive and did not rush us at all. Secondly, the food was amazing, I got an appetizer platter and my three choices were waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. Our sauces were lime chipotle salsa, ranch and marinara sauce. The food was amazing and the sauce multiplied the flavor of the appetizer. Our entrees were delicious, we got a south west chicken bowl and a grilled cheeseburger respectively. The meals were amazing, the staff was quick and the atmosphere was quiet and easy to talk. Keep it up Applebees!

The food was good the service was bad. The waitress intrudes herself in Spanish (Romy) she took my order and dissappear.. the appetizer was sent out wrong twice....I needed a refill on my drink 15 minutes has passed no one around...finally a manager pass by radio for someone to bring me out the drink they must of ignored him because after 10 more minutes I had to ask again..im looking for the waitress romy but i notice she's busy counting and going threw all the receipts by the register. I thought it was a shift change but it wasn't. It seems like they busy counting tips than serving tables. I had to wait awhile again just to get my bill to pay ...at that point i was asked if I wanted dessert...I wasn't going to stay there for more of the bs so I laughed payed my bill and still tipped in cash.But I won't go back.

It was our first time at Applebee’s at Queens Central Mall. We had an amazing time for breakfast with Santa Claus, they had face painting they gave toys away. The food was great. The service was good. Santa Claus was so sweet. He was so nice. He gave toys away as he walked around to each table aside to the toy that they allow the kids to pick out. We took picture of Santa Claus They even had a person there making specific design For Christmas, like reindeer candy cane balloons it was great. My son took him home with him. It was amazing.
The staff was amazing.It was a great time. I must say I’ll definitely be going back. God willing next year. Thank you so much once again for putting a smile on my son‘s face thank you so much. Enjoy your holidays.

I had the kids cheeseburger. At first the fries were pretty good then I decided to eat the cheeseburger. The meat didn’t taste like meat even someone I knew tasted it and said it wasn’t good, it tasted horrible. If you’re gonna take your kids there please do not let get the kids cheeseburger. This is all honesty.
