First of all, the staff was very attentive and did not rush us at all. Secondly, the food was amazing, I got an appetizer platter and my three choices were waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. Our sauces were lime chipotle salsa, ranch and marinara sauce. The food was amazing and the sauce multiplied the flavor of the appetizer. Our entrees were delicious, we got a south west chicken bowl and a grilled cheeseburger respectively. The meals were amazing, the staff...

The food was good the service was bad. The waitress intrudes herself in Spanish (Romy) she took my order and dissappear.. the appetizer was sent out wrong twice....I needed a refill on my drink 15 minutes has passed no one around...finally a manager pass by radio for someone to bring me out the drink they must of ignored him because after 10 more minutes I had to ask again..im looking for the waitress romy but i notice she's busy counting and going threw all the receipts...

It was our first time at Applebee’s at Queens Central Mall. We had an amazing time for breakfast with Santa Claus, they had face painting they gave toys away. The food was great. The service was good. Santa Claus was so sweet. He was so nice. He gave toys away as he walked around to each table aside to the toy that they allow the kids to pick out. We took picture of Santa Claus They even had a person there making specific design For Christmas, like reindeer candy cane balloons...
