Major hit or miss. I think it depends on whose working that day because I would've given a four stars were the standards I had experienced a few weeks ago met in my most recent visit. Inside the queens center mall in queens has plenty of places in the food court and beyond to grab a bite or snack but a few high calorie Cinnabons with all that goowey frosted taste will be just fine .Damn almost 8 bucks for 2 pieces that have gotten smaller over the years but what a guilty pleasure .They also have a few other sweet treats available but why would you .They also have Carvel ice cream treats and I bet a Cinnabon and a ice cream cone will make a perfect gut busting...read full review

I ordered my son some minis. They were very hard like they were sitting there for a while. Thankfully the young lady very nice offered to replace them with a fresh batch. Very nice. I give service 5 stars I would only say maybe they should evaluate length of time the food is sitting for.Thank you Angelis
