It's the holiday season and the mall gets very crowded. The workers were trying their best to keep the line moving. I was on line when this previous incident happened where the guy tried cutting the line 3 times! The workers told him to get to the back of the line and he refused. The worker joshua told him he would not take his order simply cuz he didn't want to follow the rules. It was totally fair. You just can't go around cutting the lineâ€â€

I'm incredibly disappointed with this location alas. I came by to redeem a coupon for a dazzler that was only redeemable for today and left with nothing in the end. I was asking for a regular size, which exists on the app, and was told they only serve dazzlers in small sizes despite the regular size cup being there.
