Loved every minute. Our waiter, Otari, was wonderful!! He helped us through the entire menu. Every choice was excellent and our finale, the “Honey cake,” was to die for. The Georgian tea was a wonderful addition as well!!

During my stay at NYC - I want to Aragvi restaurant often for dinner. And why not the food is delicious the service and atmosphere is always at its best. I felt very comfortable with staff each time I dinned and they have been very courteous. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Manhattan.

Dishes are all very flavourful and delicious but I won’t recommend the Georgian candy which seems to me overpriced.

Come for the Adjaruli and stay for the wine and honey cake. Fantastic dinner here with friends. Staff were super attentive and they made great suggestions. Anton knows his wine! Menus are all on tablets and the place was great to have conversations without being rushed or too noisy. Highly recommend and will be back!

Had high expectations for this restaurant but I would NOT recommend this spot. There was a clear sense of favoritism amongst who the waiters were attentive towards. Our waiter told us our food would take 20 minutes but it took almost an hour. We were not checked on a single time either. The food portions were small. The chashashuli (main dish) was the size of an appetizer and contained three barely bite sized pieces of meat. It was quite unbelievable. The khinkalis were bland and adjaruli was okay but the poor service greatly took away from the overall experience.P.S We clearly told the waiter we wanted one salad to go, and when he brought out two salads, tried to put the blame on us in a rude and unprofessional manner. 1/5

If I could give 0 stars I would… extremely overpriced for small serving. An entree dish only came with 3 bite sized pieces of lamb. The food took 40 minutes to come out. Only good thing that came from it was the buzz from my wine.

Disclaimer. I am not European and chose the restaurant because of the high google scores. If you are Georgian you will probably love this restaurant. If you are Irish, like me you may find it less than desirable.Much of the food was bland. Stuffed grilled eggplant was disappointing as was the khachapuri. Georgian salad was amazing though!Server was very friendly but slow, his timing was off all night. He struggled with the menu and the choice of words he made to make recommendations. I was more confused after asking him for input than before. The restaurant is stunning. Great atmosphere.

Really excellent flavors, attentive and pleasant staff - very helpful in giving recommendations as well. Highly recommend the tarragon lemonade if you enjoy fennel/anise flavors.

This restaurant is a unique getaway from Manhattan. I had mushroom soup, eggplant salad, and the fish kebabs from the lunch menu along with the adjaruli. The server Anton was very knowledgeable on wines and very attentive.

I was having a stressful day until Anton and Teo came and helped us out. Not only did their hospitality cure my depression, but the food here made me leap like a calf. Speaking of Anton and Teo.. they are like the wizard behind the curtain.. the servers here don’t just hand you a meal; they hand you a ticket to paradise. With a smile brighter than the Texas sun and patience thicker than my grandma's Texas toast, Anton and Teo are superhero’s in black aprons. Please try this place if you come to New York!
