Unique food. Too much rice for the price. There was barely any curry. I would go back if the portions were less rice more curry for the price!

This spot works perfectly at its current capacity. You'll notice the pleasing aesthetic throughout. Every staff member showed friendliness and support. The menu features good options. My visit was completely satisfying.

I was very disappointed with Ariana Restaurant. The food was not fresh at all and had a bad taste, as if it had been sitting around for a long time. For the price, I expected something much better, but the quality was very poor. I couldn’t enjoy the meal and left feeling unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh and good food.

The food was absolutely delicious. The Turkish coffee was perfect! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is very calm and cozy. Excellent for families but also super for groups of friends or if you are by yourself. I'll definitely recommend this place.

Love this place. Authentic Afghani food in a cute cozy atmosphere. Great service, decent prices. Tried the combination platter with Kabuli Pilau. Also got the homemade iced tea. Everything was great. Service was top notch from the moment I walked in.

Wali is an incredible, talkative and hilarious host. The food is amazing, we loved the Lamb Kofte Kebab, as well as the chickpeas side dish and the potato and leeks turnover. The sauces only add to the dish, but sometimes the food was so flavorful the sauces weren't necessary, but they are a great addition when you add them. I will be coming back here when possible.

Desert portions are tiney. Definitely not worth it. Everything else was small portions as well. Tastes good though. Overalls good food but overpriced

Loved the pumpkin turnovers and the Kabuli Palow with Lamb Tikka Kebab. The carrots were cooked so well, and everything tasted really good together with the yogurt and hot sauces. The hot baklava for dessert was also really good.

Weird, intrusive server and expensive. Lamb was quite dry and kabuli did not taste like kabuli pulao (wrong kind of rice, carrots not prepared well etc). I guess it was ok for a dinner in the area but will never come back.
Even years later, I am still entirely convinced that it was microwaved pulao due to the uneven heating and random cold patches. And as someone who lived a long time in the middle east, here is a tip you will not regret: save your money and ride the long metro to Brighton Beach instead.
