Fantastic cocktail and food. The bartender with the white shirt was excellent and chill, but the one with the black shirt was rude - we asked him if there was anything vegetarian and he replied just check the menu; and he poured the water rudely that the water splashed all over the table and without any apologies. Very shocking to receive this kind of service and experience at a supposedly high class bar. Maybe we were the only Asians there?
Swanky Park Avenue cocktail lounge with live music and hors d'oeuvres serving classic cocktails to high end clientele. Come feel like a big shot while you chat with a date to the sounds of instrumental jazz in your overstuffed lounge booth. Certainly an experience to try.
I want to review this cocktail bar because it turned out to be above my expectations, an elegant place with a jazz style, dedicated customer service. I went here for four days in a row, and I would have gone back another time if I still had some time available! A special compliment to Henry, a really trained, kind and very sociable bartender. When I return to New York this cocktail bar in the upper east side will never be missing!
