We went there for a drink. Unfortunately. We left as there appears there be no service. We saw people going to the bar and getting the drinks themselves. Maybe they were so busy that they forgot to ar least acknowledge the guest.

A beautiful, well-designed place — a hotel bar with great potential. Unfortunately, the bartender was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which is not the level of service one would expect in New York. The cocktails were also disappointing and not tasty at all.

Beautiful place that we randomly walked into on a Saturday evening! We tried the two different rosè that were on the menu - both were crisp and delicious. Got free fedoras with the drinks 👩🏼🌾 They had live music as well - the artist was amazing and taking song requests as well. There was no waiting when we walked in at 7 PM, imagine that in NYC! A truly hidden gem, loved it!

I have been in this hotel bar for a light dinner with friends and I never imagined a worse experience like that. Service has been terrible and food truly horrible (bad quality and way far from be fresh) and probably spoiled! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Decently crowded at 10pm on a Tuesday night, but some open tables and seats. Bar understaffed with one bartender and one server. Unfortunately server was exceptionally rude. After sitting for 15 minutes with noone coming to the table, I asked her if we could order. She put her hands up at me and said to wait. We waited for 25 more minutes at our table without so much as water before she came over and asked "are you okay?"
When I explained we were frustrated with no service at all she got an attitude about the understaffed bar and it wasn't her fault. I can't recall the last time I encountered such hostile 'service.'
The front desk people at arthouse are nice and accommodating but I would avoid the bar at all costs. Will not return.

A gem on the Upper West Side! A place too good to gatekeep! This place is aesthetically pleasing with art displayed all around. I went on a night where they had live entertainment and to my surprise it was a Salsa Night. My girlfriends and I had a great time. Super great vibe with great service! Please try the Vodka & Pepperoni Flatbread and the Lump Crab Rangoon as it will not disappoint. Lexy and Bryan were super attentive and recommended the best cocktails. I will be going back for that Mango Temptation! This is definitely the place to be on the weekend. A shout out to Antonio the manager who came by and ensure we were taken care of!! 10/10!

Savvy bar located in upper west side. They have great specialty cocktails and a killer espresso martini. I went with a friend a couple of months back for a night in the city, and stumbled upon this beautifully decorated bar that showcased the atmospheric 1920s music clubs in Harlem. We had some of their house made bites- the tuna tartar wonton cups were my favorite, and definitely recommend. The hospitality went above and beyond. I hear they have live music too so I’ll be visiting again soon!
I’ve been to the Arthouse Hotel Bar several times - it’s become my favorite spot on the Upper West side. Hip and friendly staff, amazing cocktails & food and the atmosphere is great!

2 glasses of not even cold or well-poured rose from a screw-top bottle, even with rsus taken to the seats outside (in a construction site) Glasses brought back in myself... 40 USD... a better poured glass in the Peakadoo at 330 m altitude costs 17 USD. New York already has bold restaurateurs.
Lacks Apmophare food offering isn't the best especially after just arriving after a long flight , drinks are expensive . Staff are great

Loved coming here. There was this black woman serving me and my friends on sunday september 24th 2023 around 6:30pm/7:30pm and she was awesome to chat with and made sum good drinks and had a great vibe despite the rainy gloomy day. Give her a raise!
