Salt & Straw is a creative ice cream spot with unique and adventurous flavors not seen most anywhere. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and has the right amount of sweetness, avoiding being sickly sweet. Specific items like the Tacolate are crunchy and consistent. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and do not limit sampling. While there can be a long line, the overall experience is excellent, making it a place to visit again and again. This creative concept has arrived in New York City.
