Update 4 years later... I wish I could say they've gotten better. I paid extra for aoili on my wrap and they didn't put any on. The wraps were burnt. I understand making a mistake on an order... but why bag up a burnt order and let me walk out with it? Why not make a new one when you see it has been burnt? So disappointing. And this time the staff was not friendly at all. 🤦🏽♀️

This Dunkin donuts has been a staple for me because it is a place where I can get a quick drink and head right out! I have had no problems with the food ( except that the donuts are stale sometimes) but I don't really get my donuts there anyways. The drinks are great and the service is how it should be. Serve and then get out of my store! They have seats and are welcoming to have you stay there. remember, it's a Dunkin donuts, not a 5 star Michelin restaurant in Paris.
