We ordered and paid at the self-service screen, but due to a system issue, our order didn’t show up for the staff. The initial interaction was a bit frustrating, but the manager stepped in, confirmed our order, and resolved everything.
In the end, the gelato was delicious and beautifully presented. Despite the issue, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
