The first time I ate at artichokes, the artichoke slice was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been back twice now and I’m not sure if it’s the reheating or the pizzas old but the crust is like cardboard. I eat the cheesy artichoke like a dip off the top but not sure it’s worth buying a slice to scrape off the toppings

If you love creamy white slices, Artichoke Basille's is one of the best. One of my favorite unique specialty pizza places in the city. Garlic knots also very good and fluffy

Though my opinion on this place may be somewhat inaccurate or rather under the influence, I thought this place was great. The size difference between this place and more traditional slice shops helps to justify the price and the flavor/quality is as you’d expect. Somewhat legendary for their artichoke slice, it is quite delicious and I would definitely recommend it. Is it the best slice in New York, no, but it is a great unique slice nonetheless.

The pizza was good. I tried the signature Artichoke pizza. Delishous crust and a huge piece. The cream sauce was a little much for my liking. I brought home the crab and Staten Island slices. After warming the crab was amazing and the Staten Island was good. No seating here just standing or grab and go only
